Accounting. CPA candidate preferred.

(3+ years) Prepares and/or reviews federal, state and local tax
returns. Assists with FAS 109 calculation. Supervises and reviews
work of staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA
and Masters in Tax preferred.
- Tax Manager

(5+ years) Responsible for managing the tax reporting, tax planning, and compliance function. Oversees the completion of federal, state and local tax returns and FAS 109 provision. Manages
tax staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA
required. Masters in Tax preferred.
- Tax Senior Manager

(7+ years) Reviews and approves federal and state tax filings and
payments. Researches and analyzes acquisitions, investments,
new programs or new business initiatives. Manages and reviews
FAS 109 provisions and related disclosures. Communicates current tax initiatives and relevant tax information to internal and
external personnel. Stays current with new developments in tax
law and accounting for taxes. Supervise, mentor, and motivate tax
staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA required.
Masters in Tax preferred.
- Tax Director

(10+ years) Directs and oversees an organization’s tax policies
and objectives. Monitors reporting and planning to ensure compliance with applicable tax statutes. Ensures accuracy of tax returns
and works to minimize the organization’s tax obligations. Requires
a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA required. Masters in Tax
preferred.
- VP of Tax

(15+ years) Establishes and implements corporate tax strategy and
policy to complement corporate business strategies. Anticipates
corporate needs and participates with other top executives in planning activities and operations to minimize tax liability and maximize after-tax profits and cash flows. Organizes and directs tax
research and tax compliance activities. Hires, trains, supervises,
regularly evaluate performance and counsels tax staff. Requires
a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA required. Masters in Tax
preferred.
