A/P Clerk

Responsible for maintaining vendor/supplier transactional relationships by performing accounting functions including matching of
invoices, account coding, and disbursements. Strong organizational and reconciliation skills a must. Degree not required.

Responsible for processing credit applications and managing overdue account balances. Typical transactions do not require independent judgment. Manage bank and credit relationships involving
record keeping. Degree not required.

Responsible for directing the department to ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers. Responsible
for resolving vendor issues and invoice resolution. May require a
Bachelors degree.

of bonuses or commissions and managing employee withholding.
