Responsible for all activities in the accounts receivable function. Ensures timely collection of customer invoices and maintains accurate records and control reports. Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
Responsible for financial statement preparation, account reconciliation and variance analysis for smaller companies. Typically accounting functions are fully supported by accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Peachtree. Associates Degree desirable but not required.
Credit & Collections Clerk
Responsible for maintaining account balances with appropriate Aging Categories. Responsible for customer collection calls and Account reconciliation. Degree not required.
Credit & Collections Senior
Responsible for maintaining account balances with appropriate Aging Categories. Responsible for customer collection calls and Account reconciliation. Responsible for larger, escalated accounts requiring additional review. Light supervisory experience needed. Degree not required.
Credit & Collections Manager
Develops and administers credit and collection programs. Oversees investigation of credit risk in customers and suppliers and monitors the collection of amounts due to the organization. Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables. Typically requires a Bachelors degree.
Credit & Collections Director
Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables. Responsible for policies regarding the investigation of customers, extension of credit lines, and collections. Typically requires a Bachelors or Masters degree.
Credit Analyst
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the financial worthiness of customers by reviewing their financial statements and credit history. Degree not required.
Payroll Clerk
Responsible for processing employee payroll disbursements utilizing company payroll software or maintaining 3rd party payroll processing relationship. Additional responsibilities include processing of bonuses or commissions and managing employee withholding. Degree not required.
Payroll Manager
Responsible for supervising the in-­house payroll department or working with outside 3rd party payroll processing vendor. Process bonus/commission disbursements along with employee tax withholding. May require a Bachelors degree.
